Why should you get a German Shepherd?

Don’t be a victim.

I am the daughter of a Polish Holocaust survivor. I am also of German descent on my mother’s side. Both of my parents talked about the working German Shepherds in Eastern Europe when I was a small child. This was in the 70’s and there were not as many quality dogs available here as there are today. The breed has come a long way due to the hard work of dedicated breeders and importers.

The conditions of modern life in the USA puts many in society in danger. It is unfortunate that humans can not be trusted to treat each other with respect and it is necessary to understand that and accept the reality. Florida and the county where I live is number two online and ranked third in the nation by Alexa for human trafficking. Robberies are up and property crimes occur daily in my neighborhood and yours. I see the posts on the ring app and the next door app from my community. The post COVID economy has hit some folks hard and opportunity crimes are on the rise. Women are vulnerable if they live alone.

German Shepherd dogs are deterrents to crime. They are the most versatile breed in the world. A trained dog can save lives and protect property. Most people recognize a well bred German Shepherd.

The right to bear arms is something I love about being an American 🇺🇸. Florida’s stand your ground law and conceal carry laws allow you to defend yourself and your property. I carry and I have surveillance on and inside my home. I have nanny cams on my dogs recording with cloud video storage also a waggle temperature monitor with both communicating alerts and live video to my phone and I have a Verizon backup in case the power goes out. I have driveway alarms and technology hidden and obvious around my property with signs. I have a Streetwise Barbarian to protect my dogs from strays or the bad ass baton. I take security seriously and I highly recommend that you do too! Also, get a dog. ****The law is on the side of the perpetrator and not the dog. I am not an attorney. If your dog bites someone you may get sued and your dog might be put down. Please educate yourself about dog laws in your state.****
