Liability Waiver for Von Zephir Ranch Dog Training Services

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am participating in training services or purchasing a puppy offered by Von Zephir Ranch, and that these services include working with live animals. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with working with animals, including but not limited to the potential for bites, scratches, and other injuries.

I hereby waive and release Von Zephir Ranch, Zoja Kubiak and it’s employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, that I may have or that may arise in the future, as a result of my participation in the training services, puppy or dog provided by or at Von Zephir Ranch.

I also understand that Von Zephir Ranch cannot guarantee the behavior of any animal and that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any person or property that may be affected by my participation in the training services both on property and after training.

I represent and warrant that I am the owner of the animal(s) participating in the training services or that I have been authorized by the owner to participate in the training services on their behalf.

I have read and fully understand the above waiver and release of liability and voluntarily agree to the terms thereof.
